| CDMA announces its latest Opportunities for Chemicals and Materials Conference: B&C 2020 - Capitalizing on the Next Generation of Building and Construction. Save the date now (June 2-4, 2010) and consider having your company apply to be a Session Owner! This is a great opportunity to learn about the next generation of Building and Construction and the implications for Chemicals and Materials. Opportunities for Chemicals and Materials: a conference series to facilitate industry growth CDMA launched a new conference series focusing on opportunities that offer significant new business growth potential for the chemical and materials industries and the value chains they serve. Our first Opportunities conference Capitalizing on Wind and Solar Energy was held on December 4, 2009, in Philadelphia. This conference was uniquely designed for chemicals and material companies that are not yet engaged in renewable energy. This was not about generating energy, but rather about enabling products (e.g., films, adhesives, coatings, lubricants, and structural materials) needed to produce low cost, efficient and durable wind and solar devices. CDMA's Energy Conference Proceedings are now available to Members. To access, login, and then go to Meeting Proceedings in the CDMA Member Center. CDMA Has Joined the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) as Its First Special Interest Group (SIG) In May 2009, CDMA formally became a part of PDMA. As a SIG, CDMA will continue to be uniquely focused on growth of the chemicals and materials industries and their associated value chains. Our group will continue to provide conferences and other services to educate and connect people in the respective value chains for the purpose of business and professional growth.
